This thread is pointless just like all of the others started on this topic. There is not some $X amount you need other than the minimums your broker requires. That being said, being undercapitalized can be a major disadvantage if you don't have strict MM guidelines. Why belabor this point any further?

The reason 300% cannot be sustained into billions in a simple one, you can't buy 1 billion worth of options (nor hundreds of millions, nor tens of millions nor really millions without distorting the price considerably. You can mock corn all you want but my calculations for corn were not the reason for 300% or 500% those percentages come from options.
