Hopefully, you are at the beginning of your trading career, with plenty of time ahead. If that is the case, having access to Destriero only to point out where not to look, for example, would be invaluable. Ignore all the hate in this thread. I have never had ANY issues with Destriero. He even PM'd me, with a reading list recommendation. I then realized that I have already gone through the grinder, and came out alive and well. To put the level of work necessary at this stage of my life in options, just to add a zero to my account, would not make sense for me. I already found my niche, and I am good at it. Time, at this stage, is more important. In a way, Destriero showed me the light, and I can continue with my bread & butter trading, without any regrets. In a sea of charlatans, people trying to sell courses, 19-year olds claiming to teach trading, just having access to Destriero could be an opportunity of a lifetime. Had I come across him in 1999-2001, I would have taken it very seriously. Good luck on the journey...
I told you dude... They want you, and want to read any salad advice you may give on options. You have a fanboi base. They want you, hon. And if I were trading options? I'd want it too!
ok I think it's you who need to read up on delta hedging and gamma hedging. LOL Like I said gamma plays a part in volatility. So what's the point of profiting from volatility when you are going to neutralize the very element that plays a part in determining volatility? It's like trying to speedskate with dull blades.
Foo, what happens to gamma sens when vols rise or fall? Vol as synthetic time. It's all incestuous like your forebears (hint: forebears aren't legit bears).
