To be a successful speculator you must start buying repossessed items!

    Let's face the truth
    We speculators benefit from other people misfortunes
    May sound harsh but that's the way it is

    We wish everyone the best
    but if they insist on making dumb purchase decisions
    we would gladly buy their remains at a great discount!

    We can start buying repossessed goods to move into buying discounted shares at the bottom

    Not trying to offer advice or anything but, in retrospect, reading conventional concepts in purchasing real estate the most useful material I've read to offer insight on where and what to buy came from reading on urban planning.

    Perhaps you have been done that route but this book is my bible.
