I am curious at what point you decide to open a position, short or long, and what makes you to decide to go out? For myself i open a small position short after a jump up or a considerious fall. From that position i wait till we have about 10 ticks difference up or down, and then i make a reverse movement for twice the contracts i have opened. The second trade i do by another broker so that i have actual 2 different positions by two different brokers. The second trade i will close after the price is just a little bit changed, about 2 or 3 ticks, and then take my profit. greetings dutch_futures
