TMO - I just saw 20 minutes ago it traded 25,000 Jun 50 calls on PHLX. It looks like it was tied to stock; maybe the calls were turned into puts based on the MIL deal news. Recall Bloomberg "leaked" the rumor of takeover bid for MIL. There was no denial or confirmation. Then MIL hired Goldman as an advisor and confirmed they are seeking "strategic alternatives."
