That's how I feel about the sportscar market....how can they say a mid 90's Porsche 911 993 Turbo is worth $250K...if they can't virtually sell it Or, it just sits in their inventory for months and months and years... Everything, to me, is all about liquidity value in the here and now.
If somebody can live in that POS....I'm going to build the worlds first floating home. I'll have AMZN drones deliver the groceries. I think GSA has a bunch of old dirigibles in stock. Best view in town. Just don't get f'd up and fall off the deck.
