Time to short TXN after recent pop up

I was long on TXN when it was below 24 and now after this ridiculous popup for "one penny " increase in dividend and possible buyback, it is time to sell the shares and short. My cover range would be 24.70. It will happen in a week for sure.

 

It seems that it will drop today based on pre-market action

Definitely TXN shows the sign of exhaustion in going up and tends to go down. Sign of a quick pull back.
