That's a good question....I'm really not sure. Most are Russian or Eastern European, and have been in Israel for a few years. (They all know Hebrew pretty well, and most know English too). As far as citizenship status- I think most have aquired Israeli citizenship, but I can't say for certain. ElCubano, please tell us more about Costa Rica
