Clearly missed B(l)arney Frank and Robert Rubin as early sources of the systemic errors forming this depression.

It's not surprising that Greenspan is 17th and Madoff is there at all.

This is how the brains of the masses work. They will generally vote for whoever is in the news at the time. So as Madoff is and Greenspan is generally not they pick the man of the moment.

It's the same reason why when you see those 'greatest hits ever' type polls you'll see many of the great songs of yesterday don't appear, whereas the songs of whoever is riding high in the charts at that time do appear.

  8. Yea I’d have to agree with that. Wasn’t it the government and media telling us to go spend money to help the economy? Now they complain we spent too much.

  9. Most people don’t understand how the Fed slowly steals all of their money from them. I didn’t. When I heard people talking about the Fed creating all of the inflation, I thought that was weird because they all come out and say they are trying to control it. Now I realize that that is just a load of crap and they are the ones who actually screw everything up. They create the fires, so they can put them out. So it’s natural that they wouldn’t blame Greenscam that much even though he is the one most responsible.

  10. Why are you guys bashing people and their $100 cable bills so much? My health insurance has been going up 15% a year. People with perfect credit history are having their interest rates jacked to 25% for no reason. Education costs are escalating non stop. Don’t you remember $4.15 for gas just a few months ago? Do you think people are getting raises from work to pay for all of this? Not only don’t I get raises, my company finds excuses to cut my already meager pay. I’m sure I’m not alone. So by all means, keep bashing people for their $100 cable bills, you’re really going to get a lot accomplished there.
