The more and more I come to this forum I realized that IRL parlements are such an outdated form of discussing situation or event. Only digital parlement (forum) permitt the highest form of efficiency, transparency, credibility, reprensentativity... SPQR... lol ... I don't ear about this in any country... I know that some politicians don't know what's an email... but please what is happening... ( 2010 ^^ vs windows 95^^ ) I think that the first country to implement succesfully a digital democratik legislative process will gain a big hedge... Do you know any country close to achieve the digital democracy ?
