Why didn't/don't we hear about any of this in the national media?

 

There's a problem. You give the stoner a ticket. Of course, he forgets to pay it. A warrant is issued and he ends up in jail anyway.

Maybe, but I did hear a doctor being interviewed once that said he'd treated countless cases of alcohol abuse but not a single case of cannabis abuse.
