tick spread chart esignal possible?

has anyone been able to load a tick chart of a spread on esignal?

 

Esignal have it for long time, what's the benefit
of using it?

 

benefit is the graphics are easier to read then numbers. for some reason i can't get it to work. the detail box just says, ok, then no data, then receiving but nothing gets received.. i go nuts. i wonder if live rep can explain something about it

As it's currently designed, spreads aren't available on tick charts. Try a 1 minute chart and it should work. Here's a few KB articles on spreads:
