Opentick.com is NOT free. For example to view ES (S&P mini futures/Globex) you pay $20 monthly. With level II it's $40 But for years of histrocial tick data (Level II included!) $40 looks very cheap. I think you may download the whole database within a month... I am not using this service so if I read the things wrongly or dont know what I am talking about please correct me btw. You can download last 5 days tick data directly from the CME's FTP server ftp://ftp.cme.com/pub/gtime/
All data provided for free. User is responsible for exchange fees when subscribe real-time data. ECN data is available without exchange fees. From the opentick website.
z32000, Here you go. Add a little $ for streaming data. http://www.prophet.net/analyze/chartstream.jsp Also you just have to open a small account at Ameritrade for their FANTASTIC streaming charts. http://www.tdameritrade.com/tradingtools/overview.html Also, for the price you can't go wrong with: http://billing.finance.yahoo.com/realtime_quotes/signup?.src=quote&.refer=ffpfs I hope this helps. Tom
I believe all of the historical data available is free. There are no exchange fees for historical data.
