    So reviewing the law is subjective? I’m sorry, have you actually reviewed Cuomo’s order for legality?

    If you say "I will obey each law as it is written and follow it to the letter" then no, it is not subjective. If you say you will review each law to determine whether or not you consider it to be infringing on your rights before suing, then yes, it is subjective. In fact, that's the very definition of subjective as you are applying your own standards to the law.
