Oh, the oil shorts i mentioned some time back, could still be a good play through the next few weeks.
me; Hmm , another surprisingly good call, by me. Thus far. Thanks, me! No problem, i do this all the time. standard et'er; "Gee, your an arrogant bastard, arent you, your calling a good call, without specifying to have shorted at open, without a specific entry or profit target? Your a poser, why make calls without telling us the PRECISE way to make money off it? Your a loser man, what a joke." me; "Um.......get bent, you tard."
Again, from the Traders almanac: Every great advance in natural knowledge has involved the absolute rejection of authority. Thomas H. Huxley Sounds like the 60's to me (anyone remember the sixties? LOL). Don
Yeah, i remember the 60's, read about them numerous times. Remarkably, looking over some charts, im actually thinking shorts could be in order aross the bean complex/corn and gold/silver.....surely, some sort of correction would have to be in order over the next week or so, the patterns just dont look sustainable now.
Yeah, I remember them. Reject authority, question authority. The new improved mantra of the social scientists is disrespect authority. Teach kids their rights and bada bing bada boom, spit on the referee. Anyone think about growing up and becoming a better referee? Doing a better job in various professions because you do not like the way it is? Naw, too old fashioned, sue your way to desired outcomes.
The problem, is the original mantra never changed, resulting in the same outcome. Question authority legitimately, get your head kicked in, reject authority. Social scientists, what a gip-if the slimy fascist bastards stalling actual positive outcomes never change, how can you expect a positive result on a societal level? That being said, of course, all kids nowadays are punks and should be taken down a notch.
And a plug for the inexplicably absent from the menu of sbs podcasts, the always whacky and zany shaun micalleff. Funnier than john stewart, no question-stewart can't do the slapstick, he sucks at the truly zany gear, funny as he may be, micalleff is the king-funniest bastard to have ever disgraced the airwaves, no doubt. Poor guy, no wonder he cant keep a show on the air for more than half a season, he just doesnt know when to stop, and fall back into the gentle social commentary so expected of commercial comedy. http://www.shaunmicallef.com/ Naturally, if i were a freakin genius, i would have searched for "newstopia", his most recent show on the sbs site, and perhaps not been assailled by a million and one foreign languge news podcasts, not that i even know what a podcast is, i shall try and dredge up the correct links. (5 minutes later) Ok, dont know where to find them, but this guy is the goods-you take the good with the bad, sure, but stewart barely holds a candle to this guy, no way stewart could pull these stunts, talent just isnt there. I gather, he somehow wangled a new series , so thats good too, for australia, and the world. Seriously.
See? See?!? Told ya they was all punks!! Summary; 16 yr old holds massive party while parents are away, causes $20k+ damage, claims "great party" and would do it again. Then arrested, parents in line for damages bill. Punks. http://www.theage.com.au/news/national/fun-stops-as-cops-nab-party-boy/2008/01/16/1200419837946.html
When do I give up fighting with my daughter's boyfriend over how my daughter spends her money? He wants her money.
