The original source of "The Myth of the Clinton Surplus" was an article hosted on CNN in this thread. Are you calling this liberal resource out for somehow printing what you perceive as "right wing" information.

 

I don't see CNN as liberal, but at any rate I still give the CBO more credence.

 

Then I take it you don't believe MSNBC is liberal either.

And by the way, the CBO just provides raw data. It is up to you to interpret it including how much was diverted from the Social Security Trust Fund to "balance" the budget.

 

I recall a time a couple of years ago, right here, when credit for the Clinton surplus was being claimed by reps, for keeping his spending in check. So it existed back then, lol.
