I am telling you that an anonymous article on an antisemitic website the link to which you were ashamed to post is not a credible source of what Ben Gurion did or did not do.

Anti sematic?? These are Ben Gourion's diaries!! If Ben gorioun said that, what would your defence be??

What I mean, how if Rabbi Dr. Chaim Simons backed my evidence?? [size=]WOULD YOU STILL CONSIDER HIM ANTI SEMATIC???[/SIZE]

If Benny Morris, a hard core Zionist backed my evidence in his book "Righteous Victims;"

Q: Benny Morris, in the month ahead the new version of your book on the birth of the Palestinian refugee problem is due to be published. Who will be less pleased with the book - the Israelis or the Palestinians?

Morris: The revised book is a double-edged sword. It is based on many documents that were not available to me when I wrote the original book, most of them from the Israel Defense Forces Archives. What the new material shows is that there were far more Israeli acts of massacre than I had previously thought. To my surprise, there were also many cases of rape. In the months of April-May 1948, units of the Haganah [the pre-state defense force that was the precursor of the IDF] were given operational orders that stated explicitly that they were to uproot the villagers, expel them and destroy the villages themselves.

Settlements are not illegal, annexation is and Israel is not annexing anything. Settlements existed in the Sinai and Gaza and disappeared overnight, settlements will disappear in the West Bank too when the time is right and the arab world finally decides to negotiate with Israel in good faith.

First of all, the bennefits of giving Sinai out whighed the value of that, god forseken, waste land. Gaza did not see a day of peace but you still left with your tail between your legs. Same as you did in Southern Lebanon. You forgot to mention Southern Lebanon because you left after you got a licking.

Settlments are not ilegal?? Well I'll be damnd!!!

Convention (IV) relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War. Geneva, 12 August 1949.
Article [Display Introduction] [Display Full text] [Display articles] [Display commentaries]
Part III : Status and treatment of protected persons #Section III : Occupied territories
    ARTICLE 49
Individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory to the territory of the Occupying Power or to that of any other country, occupied or not, are prohibited, regardless of their motive.
Nevertheless, the Occupying Power may undertake total or partial evacuation of a given area if the security of the population or imperative military reasons so demand. Such evacuations may not involve the displacement of protected persons outside the bounds of the occupied territory except when for material reasons it is impossible to avoid such displacement. Persons thus evacuated shall be transferred back to their homes as soon as hostilities in the area in question have ceased.
The Occupying Power undertaking such transfers or evacuations shall ensure, to the greatest practicable extent, that proper accommodation is provided to receive the protected persons, that the removals are effected in satisfactory conditions of hygiene, health, safety and nutrition, and that members of the same family are not separated.
The Protecting Power shall be informed of any transfers and evacuations as soon as they have taken place.
The Occupying Power shall not detain protected persons in an area particularly exposed to the dangers of war unless the security of the population or imperative military reasons so demand.
The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.

Nope wael, you're lying again, it has to be returned in exchange for peace and security guarantees. Why do you think it's known as "land for peace" resolution? And the 1967 armistice line is not in stone either, the resolution is quite clear on the border issue, it does not require Israel to return all land captured during the war, the final borders according to the resolution must be negotiated taking security and other factors into account.

Nope Wael?? Lying again?? Coming from you you master of filth???

Let us read together UNSCR 242 shall we??

"Emphasizing the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war and the need to work for a just and lasting peace in which every State in the area can live in security

Read with me dddooo, the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by war Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, not in exchange, and, not in exchange, and, not in exchange, THE NEED to work, not the have to, the need to, not the have to, the need to, work for just Peace.

Furthermore, it clearly states the inadmissibility of acquisition and then, you guys need to work for JUST peace. Got it dddooo????

Now the land for peace, is that a new name you gave UN242 in an attempt to dilute it and to make it tailered to allowing you to expand until you reach a peace that YOU WERE NOT INTERESTED IN A CHEIVING

The palestinians are paying the price for their refusal to negotiate in good faith and make peace with Israel. Maybe some day they'll understand that they are only hurting themselves and that they have no one else to blame.

Yep, Israel approached its enemies - Egypt, Jordan and the Palestinians and those who were willing to make peace got all their land back, every square inch of it. Those who refused got settlements. Sometimes life is fair.

Shut up and read above Zionist boy!
