Most of the land belonged to the queen, the rest belonged to both jews and arabs. The land that belonged to arabs was supposed to remain their private property even if they were on the jewish side of the partition, the land that belonged to jews was supposed to remain their property even if they were on the arab side of the partition. The jews accepted the compromise, the arabs did not and started the war. You of course know the rest of the story.

Please tell me Mr Inernational Law what international body, organization or court has ever ruled that the land was stolen? Then perhaps your accusations will have merits. I mean, just because some little schmuck somewhere believes that something was stolen does not make it so, does it? You have to do better than that to be taken seriously.
