The market is hitting all-time highs and there isn't a single new 'Top" thread in sight.

 

I been selling on new contract highs, so long as I can hedge quietly.

 

Good observation if it is about SPY, but notice that QQQ and IWM may not have made new highs!

Since you seem to watch/trade new highs, I have this question. From October 9 to October 20, did you observe many of them and they were more successful than not? In latest move is the number less compared to October 9 to 20 if you were to count outside of S&P?

 

What does it mean to "hedge quietly"?

 

I have no idea what the definition of "success" is as applied to a new high price.

 

All I hear these days is how the rest of the year is "chasing performance". No sign of a top...you are very right
