It's completely spot on. Meanwhile, the circle jerk of do nothing's will fire 1,000 Jose's if it means they can continue with those golden parachute's unabated.
The picture basically encapsulates the way the government works..... Fire the young people who are actually willing to work in order to allow the slackers with "Tenure" to do whatever the F**K they want...... all at a much higher cost to the tax payer.
Brought back memories. same situation except Jose didn't show up for work, I had to fill in for Jose or the job would have never gotten done. Who am I? The homeowner, the rest of the guys were from the highway/water dept. No one was going to dig the hole with a shovel to shut off my water meter. In the meantime the water is flowing like a river in my basement.
