Everyone who truly understands Law and the possibility of legal corruption always gets an outside Special Prosecutor for double checking Legal events and Legal judgements and everyone who understands banking law and corruption (with the exception of you) ALWAYS GETS AN OUTSIDE SPECIAL AUDITOR TO DOUBLE CHECK THE BOOKS OF A BANK (LIKE THE FED) WHEN INTERNAL AUDITS ARE SUSPECT.

Maybe you could consider taking some university classes in Logic and in Business Administration. I think it would really help you out so you are no longer blind to the obvious.
