  1. qdz, did you know that when you place a stop with your online broker they transmit that to the floor specialists at the NYSE? Then when your stock approaches your stop they know when to run the bid, print you and return the bids back to where they were.

    Yes, I do know. Subscribers of level X market data also know all the account/position/history information of individual investors. When you place an order, the information is collected and analyzed by super computers to determine an optimizated manipulation plan.
