This just sold for $2,000,000 in the Bay Area

I like boring sometimes, boring is safe. But just sometimes.

 

Shitty house with a great location any day of the year.

 

The thing is, there are a lot of good locations that aren't ridiculously overpriced.
I think I'd prefer something in the middle. A decent location with good access to infrastructure and a decent house.
