This is why people aren't buying

  1. The only thing I can remotely convince myself to buy and hold right now is commodities there's no way around the world needing like rice and wheat or just going and buying some land. I'm not even sure those are the best ideas, cash might be best. I might miss a bounce, but I don't really care.

  3. Still room for more upside. Nice one to accumulate on the dips. Little bit of a bumpy ride though. Not for the faint of heart.

  7. Don't worry guys - all the problems we've suffered in equity, real estate, retail and just about every other area is due to too much credit, and too much credit alone.

Jobs - you know, those things that people used to get a paycheck in return for, aren't relevant anymore.

Even with home prices tanking, and people unable to pay their mortgages, let alone extract equity to pay their bills as they did over the last few years, job creation won't be needed, and in fact, millions of Americans can continue to be laid off.

Such a relief to know that the underemployed and unemployed will be spending tons of cash on everything from cars to homes to clothes and electronics because credits spreads are narrowing and LIBOR is coming down.

GOOGLE IS GOING BELOW $200 IN 2009

    PREIPO PRICES BY 2010.

Dont be a fool and think GOOG is headed back to $700. ITS NOT......

Google will be under $100 sometime over the next 2 years and probably under $50 over the next 5 years, growth is going to come to a halt, dont think google is immune to this economic crisis. Google will fall just like the rest of the dot coms did in 2000-2001.

Any talking head saying google is a great buy is just a stupid fool.
