again, i don't beat my child. those are your words, not mine. as typical to your left (get involved in everyone's business) kind, you exaggerate the problem to make it convenient to your shaky foundation. even bringing up the "doesn't draw blood" in the same sentence is your way of slinging the topic in your direction. a spank to the hiney or lower thigh, which is what i've repeatedly stated i do, has no chance at all in the universe of even leaving a mark, much less drawing blood. spare us the melodrama.
when we do something to our own child that would get us arrested for assult if we did it to another child or even an adult we are sending a message to him. you are sending him a message that violence is a solution to his problem. i realize its accepted and even expected in america that if you"spare the rod you spoil the child"especially with the lower educated classes. i will say this. if you were my neighbor and i saw you wailing on your child you would be getting a visit from social services. hell i would even call animal control if i saw you beating your dog. so watch your temper. people are watching.
complete and total liberal horseshit. no message was ever sent to me that violence solves any problems whatsoever. the only person i have ever struck physically was some jackwad i had to throw out of a bar once when i was a bouncer. you would never see me "wailing" [sic] on my child because I do not do such things. these are again your words, not mine. try to remember that. perhaps you'd be better in theater?
lol. did you think before you wrote this? you use violence to solve your discipline problem with your child.
do you ever think? violence is not a spank to the hiney. here is the webster definition of violence (the number 1, there are other less relevant ones)... a : exertion of physical force so as to injure or abuse (as in warfare effecting illegal entry into a house) b : an instance of violent treatment or procedure http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/violence no one is injured, no one is abused. it is not a discipline problem.
Apparently you have never watched the show the dog whisperer, he is arguably one of the best dog trainers in the world and yes he does give his dogs a little jab in the side to simulate a bite but not to hurt them when they do something bad.
based on your writing, i am not sure if you actually could outwit a child. You have no freaking clue what you are talking about.
I post here for diversion, not to duel, or prove anything, so yea, I can't string two sentences together or provide one paragraph of coherent thought. At times I suppose I should write like I have a freakin clue, but why? For what? I can't stand reading it. Basically it's a personal problem.
