"This is the worst case of insider trading ever."

Has anyone been able to retrieve the historical records on options time/sales/volumes for the days leading to September 11 2001? Are they available from CBOE, OCC? Anywhere else?
Wouldn’t the recorded option volumes go a long way in proving prior knowledge?

 

The one firm responsible for the majority of those trades are keeping mum on it...
