-_________- according to the judge's logic, if a straight couple gets divorced after having a child, and the wife gets remarried to a man, the biological father of the child can't visit because it might be detrimental to the child. wth?
Remember, most judges were lawyers before they were appointed to the bench by a politician. Most of them are not that smart. When ever a judge is on the ballot asking if he/she should be retained, I always vote 'no'. Give some other dumb ass a chance so this judge thing doesn't go to his head.
