Protestors are showing no respect for the citizenship ceremony. There are other avenues to protest, write your congressman perhaps, or assemble your own protest but to be rude on someone elses dime is crude. But hey, that's the way people get there rocks off nowadays. Frankly those protestors need to be spanked.
