if you think that real estate is a few months from a bottom then the market will bounce and continue in bull mode. if you are in my camp and think we have at least another year of falling prices and write down surprises from the big banks then you better be a very nimble trader because the merket will be whip saw city with a downward bias. its not just sub prime ,its the speculater who got hit and also the 9-5 with good credit who is losing his job. this is going to get ugly and as a person,it bothers me very much to see people lose their homes. of course you have to blame the individual but that does'nt mean i don't feel bad because i do.its very sad.
