  1. (edited)

You stated it was not commingling because you had partnership agreements. You cannot commingle unless you're intent to limit AUM to those partners. You cannot commingle outside capital, but you distinctly stated otherwise via inference and directly.

Stick to the topic... why options suck.

  2. Then why do you have 7,000+ posts? I mean I know what it is we get a feedback whenever we communicate online because it is like writing to a gigantic book that everyone born after us will read and this has psychedelic effects on people that I suspect is one of the primary reasons for even being on here.

As soon as I announced what I was planning immediate messianic initiation, with a 3 hour painful download of every thought any sentient being has ever had, will ever have, and does ever have.

The Wall Street god of the universe is due to this feedback and it's discussed by David Wilcock so I just let this happen and I'm sure Jesus Christ had the same experience but it happens more often with astronauts who suddenly feel very one with the universe and it is the brains digestion of pre- and post-detection similar to what's required to be telepathic but not true telepathy. Around less intelligent people they will always detect the other person seems a lot more aware of what they are doing but it is because of the initiation that they feel this way.

Basically when you become someone important you may have such an experience that is a total head rush and makes the nerve stem feel fantastic. More often detectable by a "shinning face", and I'm not just saying that their face is shiny. It is this universal oneness and it effects speech and is more detectable by the body language and tonal speak, so if you have intuition only you won't have the feedback that I get every time I post.

If you do what I'm doing you probably will.

  3. A minor in math... while getting weeded out of calc III and linear algebra? (or do they only teach basic matrix operations at a Top 50 Liberal Arts institution?)

What exactly did you have to take to get a minor in math there? Take Numbers Through the Eyes of Quaker Women?

  4. I don't know if it was inference why it isn't direct inference, but the point was to point out that I had started to trade for my CTA, which is to say, KC Capital Management, but the holdings company LLC is a partnership established so my partner can lend me money at favorable interest rates but with some expectation and reasonable certainty that the loan will be paid back.

  5. Options suck because they don't necessarily move in the amount and direction you'd expect them to. However, if you look at delta, you can approximate the $1 move into a percentage, then calculate what your leverage factor ought to be, and how many contracts to buy, but this is only explained in this post.

So you don't want to talk about lending capital to yourself so that you aren't considered pass through for tax purposes?

Dam! I just gave away a secret on Wall Street, but I think this originated on LaSalle in Chicago by corn traders, pig slaughterers, and cow murderers who needed money so that they wouldn't have to keep writing checks to each other so that was how the clearing house was established, but the idea behind that was to guard and guarantee the performance of contracts, and even before gasoline so it was very costly to ship grain pre-1890.

  6. That's zomma and drift. If you're estimation of delta fails it's due to the sensitivity expressed by the aforementioned.

You will take my reticence w.r.t. a discussion of trader taxation as some victory. Suffice to say that I will forget more about tax shelters than most tax attorneys will ever know. And no I am not going there.

  7. Fine, but do you ever use delta like that?

If someone who wanted to give you money read this, what would they think about you?

  10. I love America, Atticus, which is why even though I think military service will get you a one way ticket to hell you'll come out eventually, but I proposed a new government branch called the EMF, which stands for Economic Military Force, and was supposed to regulate the IMF by policing the waters with Naval resources to take care of arbitrage the government could do with my models if it could accept delivery to make sure no one sank the tankers or dry barges.
