1. Yeah, like I have to get my feedback fix in the middle of 1 NQ, 1 TF, and 1 CL?

    Lol.

  2. It's still valid under the Wolinsky umbrella of logic, just as your edited-statement that your Covestor standings are in the top 6-deciles, when in fact you're in the top 5. You'll do anything to appear intellectually-superior when in reality your biggest fear is to be labeled an idiot.

You would rather do time then admit you ran a toll and were too bloody ignorant to NOT speed with dope. You "offer" random, pseudo-intellectual memes to pass yourself off as competent... competent to run money but somehow les incompetents to pay a utility bill and achieve self-sufficiency.

Worst of all... a Libertarian on welfare. Someone alert David Friedman. And no, partnership papers do not allow you to commingle funds.

  3. 0.58, and you give me shit over 60%? That's it exactly. Ok, it is the 5th decile.

It's not so much I want to come off superior, but that I probably am superior and when I use big words I get very blank faces all around Kentucky coming from a private middle school I learned to dumb down my verbiage around red necks.

As far as that toll, I didn't have any money, and, I think it was a positive but not my ultimate goal.

I will really make my points on the subject but I sensed there was some protection leaving what I had up on youtube, and it really didn't get that many views, something like 500, and, was it worth it? Being on TV I'm told at the rally in California if I would have seen it could have been pretty good.

Next time I'll wait for the outcome of the vote.

  4. Please don't wish Beau on the people of WalMart, they have enough problems already.

SSD costs society less than institutionalizing him. Other than driving at 100+ mph he is probably not dangerous. Except, of course, to anyone foolish enough to give him money to run.

  5. Fcuk, really? "top 61%" for example, is in the bottom 4 deciles. You ARE a fcuking idiot.

Beau, I tested over 175 when in the 3rd grade on Wechsler. I was reading at a grad school level in the 4th grade and started undergrad at 15. Now please deal with it as none of the above is de rigueur to realize that you can't do simple division.

  6. They're not commingled funds, atticus, they are loans from the partnership to the trading company. They would only solidify my need for capital in the form of one, and that's perfectly fine, now do you understand the explanation and you can stop pretending like I'm committing a crime?

Seriously, if I had to articulate what we did I got my partners to loan me money to trade with, and while I can't pay down the loans as of yet I should be able to. The partnership makes loans to me, and that was its purpose. There aren't any "investors" exposed to futures because nobody was investing in that. I just needed like $15,000 to fund the minimum at World Cup Advisors and that's how I did it. The partnership was not created for the purpose of trading futures, so I guess that required clarification, too. They wouldn't loan me the cash I needed without forming an LLC, and that's actually the way I'd suggest for any CTA who has limited trading capital but a butt load of research that he's convincing enough to get people to agree to lend money to me which is to say the trading company.

Don't you think that's ingenious? I am very aware of the rules regarding commingling but I guess it wasn't so much that the partnership wants to trade futures because then I would have to sign them up as clients and, yes, I know to do that, but this was the only way to get up to the level I needed to be at to get them to accept my leadership. Does that make sense? You act like you know something, and what makes you think I don't know those things, too? I've learned a lot about compliance in the past two years, not being able to hire basically an attorney compliance officer but I do carry a Manhattan Securities lawyer on retainer.

  7. It's funnier still I have a minor in math and got totally weeded out in Calc III and Matrix Algebra.

Some people cheated, though, getting copies of old tests and praying it was the same and especially in Calc III it was the teacher's retirement year and he didn't care at all about re-working the curriculum so some people apparently wrote just enough information as to know or appear to know the answer without writing it down, and omitting key steps.

  8. what happened to discussion of the original topic?

I thought this was about over-trading options and whether it makes more sense to just trade the underlyings.

ADD must permeate this board! LOL

  9. And with some it's genetic or a large brain-pan. My son speaks Eng, Russian and Swedish with fluency and is 7yo. They can't even use Wechsler on him.

Stop worrying about your intellect and embrace society. At least enough to appear normal where it matters. Hint: IT ain't here.

  10. It's not ADD, atticus thinks I commingled funds and I did not. I hope after realizing his issue that I cleared it up for him, so maybe he'll quit being so combative with me in this thread.
