  2. Let's see, this would look great in court in Danville or Frankfort.

Local man gets his SSD revoked when they find out he advocates marijuana decriminalization, runs an RIA, a CTA, and a stock exchange working from home because he fucked his life up because of his condition, goes on a public forum to discuss revolutionary reforms that need to be made, gets noticed by a livid ssa who pms the detractors of this thread, and now thinks he has any shot at revoking my disability?

    Get fucked, atticus!

As far as positing publicly what I think the country ought to be doing in terms of steering the ship away from danger the tip of the iceberg is here, and I think the only options left is to prepare to find out how this will look to any ssa who gets livid over a case that is obviously valid or else it would not have been approved.

Hmm, whoever that man is while I think he cannot do anything the periodic review of my case depends almost entirely on my psychiatrists letters, and not on my financial situation. This is SSD and not in any way related to anything I'm talking about on this thread.

Work at home. I'm still waiting on using my new trading programs, and as far as that goes he does not have my social and any changes to my ssd will end up in court, which I'm sure he doesn't care but free speech will make this an obvious case of political agenda and impartiality is a necessity for the SSA. I don't see why if I applied and received benefits I paid into the system for why you think I've done something wrong?

I will win, but please don't mention this topic again. The SSA has my government files, and if they didn't think I was eligible I would not have received benefits.

If the whole story comes out that would probably go back to events that are over 3 years old, which could be a boon for me because I do not want to discuss my problems pulicly and whenever I speak here on this forum I'm aware that it can be scrutinized by government.

No, I'm in the right, and every time I get up in the morning is a pain if I'm anxious about something it will pop me awake at hours that are too early to be able to function later in the day.

  4. He's got the Bluffwood address. I assume this is furreal. I am at a loss to understand why you're so incensed at me for apprising you of the case. I made no effort to push this to the SSA, he did. He simply drop me a few PMs to let me know that he's pursuing it.

  5. If you don't recognize this as evil, I will be sure to say something at final judgement.

  6. This man is behaving illegally, and will be fired. He isn't allowed to disclose confidential information like my address, therefore this will definitely backfire as soon as he thinks he can disprove that he gave my address to you in a PM.

Confidentiality is required, and, yes, I will report what you've just said to my SSA, and, if necessary, to my attorney when he stops making a big deal out of spite.

  8. Stop editing! I can't keep up with your 180s. okok, but you'll have to assume that he won't file directly, but forward this to enforcement, and that they are under no obligation to reveal the source of their investigation. My guess is that you'll be ordered to comply to a citation under some "random" check. This ain't FOIA'able.

You think you can compel Baron under subpoena to release PMs bc you're operating disability fraud? Ooops, they're deleted... sorry, fat-finger error.

Rest assured that I will be happy to testify. loooool.

  10. Ask Hey Zeus if he can help you with the SSA. Personally, I'd go with Beez were I so inclined. Zoroastrians seem cool. I mean, good weather and bountiful crops and all.
