  1. What information? What "lecture"? Analyze what? You're spouting a bunch of total and utter gibberish. You need a qualified mental health worker to "analyze" it and I don't think there's anyone on this site who fits this description (although, judging by his reference to DSM-IV, atticus sounds like a dabbler).
And please, why not take it a bit slower and master spelling before you delve into topological probability? Did you mean to say "physicians"?

  2. No, I meant and did mean "topological probability."

Since you are naieve and undeducated about advanced mathematics, I don't care to explain his research to you, but that is indeed what it is called.

  3. Typos. Everybody gets away with them here, so don't be so nit picky.

If you analyzed the information and took notes for the lecture, then you'll see the genius behind it and what he was trying to say about our financial systems and how to derive value. It is an impeccable description of stock analysis.

  4. Hmmm, I am naive and uneducated about mathematics? Interesting...

Why don't you go ahead and educate me? Define "topological probability" for me. Be as precise as you like...
Whatever you say, mate, whatever you say...

  5. A topological probability distribution can be created by parsing data into sections and extending the radius around them so that all of the data is contained in the topological space. This is the limited extent that I understand his work, and, maybe in the future, I'll ask him for the link when he publishes it. He's a brilliant mathematician. Any Stanford PhD in topology is.

Since I doubt there have been very many PhD's given in topology I think it is very safe to say he is one of a few that might have earned this post-graduate degree.

  10. Right, so you don't have a clue and yet you open your mouth to issue a random string of mathematical-sounding terms? How about starting w/a more basic concept that you use, a "topological space"? Do you know the definition of that?

Whatever gave you the idea that there haven't been many PhD's given in topology? If you look at the past theses of Stanford graduates, there's a few topology ones every single year. The CompTop project alone has 8 graduate student participants and that's dedicated to topology.
