And, no, I'd just pulled $2k out and gave it to my friend who went to Oaksterdam in San Fran that night, and I know it was a special day for him, but, unfortunately, his ride got stopped as soon as I hit a speed trap, and that's all it was. No, I'd given that money to my friend who flew out of Louisville. I was going to save $700 on a car rental and go out there to San Francisco then swing over to my cousins where my brother was in New Mexico.
