The nearest ice rink is more than 45 minutes away. This is the only way to practice skating, and I've never fallen in the last three years. I do not ever wear pads, but occassionally I'll use those Reebok gloves to skate with. It has to be really cold before I do that, but we've been below 50 degrees all day for awhile in Danville. I also scored 1 goal and 2 assists in both of my last two ice hockey games back to back nights, so it's excercise, and very convenient living in such a beautifully blessed neighborhood that has smooth enough surfaces to rollerblade. I'm one of the only people in the world who owns the last generation CCM ProTacks. THEY KICKASS! My room is as big as a two car garage.
