This "escort" makes $1000 an hour, the escort indicator...wallstreet is booming again

You understand that there is a sexual marketplace right? People have a price, but they also have competition. You can offer $8 mil for your sexual service, but somebody might offer less which causes somebody to offer less...
Seeking arrangement is the best indicator for current market value. $3000-10000 a month is the going price for what most men consider a beautiful woman. This is for white women which are highly prized in Asia.
The 8 million dollar escort story is an example of a fool hitting a high bid.

  2. What I understand is non dealt with "personal" issues can cost a LOT.
I talk from the point of view of someone who grew up with many kids whose fathers most of the time went for these type of shit: the consequences are long term. I am glad I have now learned via the church the role of sex,
and why mixing sex and money is unhealthy.

Now about prices : what do the 1000$/hours hooker think of this 8 million$ woman?
Actually the 500million$ one is one of your African-American woman (black if
I am not mistaken) . And it is not a hooking deal, as never done hooking, more because she would not marry for less.

  3. When I talk about consequences long term:
I mean how the kids turn out as adults, and what the grand kids become.
I have learned about really wealthy families become completely ruined within
50 years just because some people could not sort their personal "issues" before
stirring kids with hookers and al. This was real experience ( grand kids
    or kids from real wealth).

  4. Tomorrow we may heard another 10 million story, which make a "higher high" in the Chart. See, TA is applicable in any market ?

You are generalizing from a sample of 1. Why don't you speak to sex workers and learn from their experience? All jobs have some attendant risks. A cop, fireman, soldier or a physician all face significant exposure to physical harm, violence, toxins, dangerous viruses and bacteria. If we deemed anything that is stressful and dangerous as something to be avoided, our must crucial professions would be severely undermanned.

He paid 8 million in hard currency for a "gently used" depreciating asset that he could have rented. Maybe he has the money or maybe he's a simp. I'm guessing it is the latter.
Assuming a 10 percent rate of inflation, 8 mil usd is worth roughly 2 mil in 15 years. If you are assuming a higher rate of inflation, I suppose it is worthless.

"Her salary? Eight million dollars, or 1 billion yen, for an exclusive, 15-year contract." it was done in yen. it is unclear whether it was spread over time.

How is that relevant? 8M today is still worth 2M in 15 years assuming a generous (or accurate if you follow shadowstats) 10 percent rate of inflation. I'm not being argumentative. Please explain your thought process.
