That's interesting that you bring that up, and your thinking is actually right on top of things. It's often amazing how your mind works and the things that you see sometimes. A very good friend of mine, Irv, is one of the top corp bankruptcy guys in Detroit. I was talking to him this weekend and he said it is not going to be long until the manufacturing sector, led by Detroit, is the biggest lobby in the entire country yelling for Universal Healthcare. It will be done to "save jobs from going to Windsor!". It will be interesting, because of course making the argument that it's "good for the people" would actually never get past the insurance companies and their strong lobby, however when the entire manufacturing sector figures out that they can shove a huge obligation that they have over to the government, they will become a huge lobby opposed to the insurance companies and it will be an interesting fight.
