Just called them up checking on commisions : Buy 1000 CSCO routed thru Island ECN over SE Global Trade > commission would be between 7.00 and 11.00 dollars depending on how many trades you make . I'm fairly sure this is correct , dude spoke really broken english , unintelligable . scary !

Then this guys are crooks, because they have not mentioned anything about their ticket charge. Their team includes bunch of mandarins and chinese, I called them right now and asked them why they did not reply to my e-mail and said they will get back to me. It seems they are not very organized firm, how come pointdirex is affilated with them. I will also report their e-mail reply here.
This broker is shit. Their chinese customer service have not still replied me after three days. I had sent them e-mail almost twice and called them once. I could not understand what their customer service were telling me. I think they are inactive firm and just hold their security insurance for the use of other brokers like point direx. Even i have lost trust with point direx. There is always reasons behind cheap prices.
