Could you install it on a VPS in the US ?

VPS wouldn't be a problem. What is a problem is creating an account because you need a SSN to register with TD, which is obviously not available to UK people, or anywhere else for that matter.

We open foreign accounts every day without a USA SS# for foreigners. You file a W8-BEN.

Thank you Robert but I'm not looking for a new broker atm. I'm happy with who I'm with for now.

As far as I know TOS is only available to account holders. I opened an account with them and when I didn't fund it they closed the account.

If you've used TOS before, I assume you already have an account. Try using a VPN with a US server to access it from the UK.

He said he used TOS for about 6 months, so I assumed he already had an account. He's wasting his time if he doesn't.

  10. Something like optionnet explorer may cover your requirement for the TOS platform. I've been using it for years as my front end?
