Spreads seem fair plus nice broadband rebate on notional volume, but still appears to be a market maker for forex. There is no mention of liquidity partners so it puts in doubt whether or not it's ECN trading. Plus the spread markup, as found in FAQs, usually is indicative of a market maker (think FXCM) No market depth either.
I really wish TOS would offer options on futures. That's *really* lacking on their otherwise excellent platform.

Any updates to whether ToS is a market maker or ECN? Or who they are white labeling thru for that matter, if anyone?
Does anyone know what their swap rates are for GBP/JPY or USD/CHF for both buy and sell positions (1 lot 24 hours)? I looked through their site, but didn't find them. Thanks, Frank
