Thinkorswim: downloading platform problem

    Over the weekend so far, I have not been able to download the Thinkorswim platform.

    please advise.

    Usually, a box appears showing what % is downloaded, it takes about 20 seconds, then it asks for user id & password.
    Here, the box isn't even appearing.
