Same crap, Day 2. Zero outreach by senior executives to reassure customers or acknowledge the problem. After 15 years with ToS > TDA, I'm now looking for alternatives. I'd have jumped to Schwab as my all-in-one home for stocks/options/futures/OEFs but since they're integrating TOS, that's likely not a good idea. Leaning toward (ugh) ETrade ... or maybe Fido at this point. I'd move to TradeStation but they don't support the OEF family I use, and I prefer to minimize the # of accounts I have to deal with.
Appears to be working now. The worst part is being afraid to put on a trade because it might crash again.
Your one lot short put in DB will be fine. You can download Bluestacks and run the Android tablet app in emulation (with mouse support). It works OK.
Always have a backup broker...its essential especially if something goes wrong with an open trade position. Simply, don't put all your eggs in one basket. wrbtrader
Wow. The web version is horrible. Not only is the data way behind, but the quotes update every 10 seconds or so.
