It is one thing to have a problem but it is still not fully fixed halfway thru the day. I've been logged in with charts for a few hours, but the streaming data comes and goes even though it says realtime data. FWIW the website is working if that helps anyone.
Yeah I'm down to using the website (TDA, not ThinkDesktop) to do what I planned to do this morning. Unbelievable lack of outreach to customers here -- my patience for this kind of stuff is nowhere what it used to be. From a technical perspective this is not tolerable in 2020.
Yeah, today has been rough, but definitely use the web version of thinkorswim. Hopefully, tomorrow things will be better.
i try to get into tos web but have old phone number listed. I try to update my phone number so i can get in but cannot because it wants to send me a security text to the old listed number to update to my number. lol thats a screw you loop.
Total nightmare. Glad i´m trading with IB, but use tos charts. At first i could log in but got no realtime charts. After trying to restart the platform i couldn´t login. Great. For those with open positions it must be a nightmare. Was is it possible to close positions on the mobile app?
Yes, the mobile worked as a backup to cancel or close positions. Still very bad, lasting ALL DAY! Shame!
