Think or Swim Issues today? 8/17/20

I'm just trying to log into my Ira, and it's saying TOS iis not able to connect to the internet. My other apps are working fine.

 

Yes, it's driving me nuts.

I just called the support line. The average hold wait time is 40 minutes. Thanks guys.

 

Finally made it through updates on several machines which took nearly 40 minutes and received the log in screen. When log in attempts were made, it said ToS unable to connect to internet. Restarted the software and it went right back to installing the same updates.

Restarted machines, turned firewall off on one, and again it went to installing updates. This time the update took less than two minutes. But still receive message on log i attempt that ToS couldn't connect to internet.

 

Thankfully the mobile app is still working.

I use ToS for supplemental charting, but I'm really considering adding E-signal classic as well.

This is some bullshit.

 

Was using ToS for streaming DDE links. Need to find an alternative.

 

I love the EXCEL API for TWS to stream DDE, it's awesome.
