don't mix work and pleasure. write and test ideas. post to elite trader or your favorite board. I used to send cranky emails to the NYSE or various specialists firms that say things like, 'you're XYZ specialist is a petty thief.' Since I'm getting away from blaming people for things, I do that alot less now.... Occasionally I start a controversial thread, throw myself into it, and then watch it get pulled.
