"WASHINGTON (AP) -- Lawmakers are hoping for a weekend agreement on a $700 billion bailout to rescue Wall Street bankers from the bad loans that threaten to derail the economy and plunge the country in a long depression."

Maybe they should go back to the earlier vocabulary to sell this better. "Bailout" = "Stimulus" and tell people the Wall St "Rebate" will trickle down the Main Street.
