Saddam was railroaded and tried by a kangaroo court.

Gee, in America how long is it to execute a killer? 10 years maybe. Saddam had how long to appeal?

America once again shows they are the most killing society on the planet.

Wake up right wingers, the Bush, Cheney, Condi, rummy crowd is fast becoming known as the WORST bunch of corrupt, power struck killers ever in the history of the planet.

Even many republicans are ashamed now as they realize this is a debacle of epic proportions.

I am ashamed to be an American today.

An easy feat if you don't mind killing a million + to achieve it. Not exactly something that commends the evil bastard. Glad he is gone, just wished it had been more painful and less public. American should never have handed him over to that farce of a court, they should have just taken him to crawford and let W feed him to the pigs.

I would suggest you to renounce your US citizenship.

I do not believe justice is measured by the time taken to appeal. Was there any doubt that Saddam ordered the killing of innocent people?

Justice must also carry out FOR the victims. And, the victims family.

I do not know which planet you are in, and what history you have been reading, Saddam has ordered the killing of hundreds of thousand of his own innocent people.

Where and when did American administration ever ever ordered the killing of innocent people?

Saddam committed an international crime, genocide and should have had a FAIR
trial OUTSIDE of Iraq just like Milosevic had.

Any international laywer calls this trial a
farce, what does it say of the people behind it ?

It is absolutely OK for his own people to trial and determine Saddam's guilt.

It is when his own people not able to carry out justice or not willing to carry out justic that International court is need.

It is not necessary to trial ALL his crime, as long as he is dead.

It is not because something works in your
own country, that it has to work somewhere else, imperialistic like always

How do you conclude this. The one thing he did was keep iran in check. Iran imo is the root of the trouble in iraq.
If it wasnt for the oil, this region would be one large sheet of glass allready long ago.
Theyd wake up and find on the weather report
Temp-30,000degrees and only one cloud in the sky.
