    Services rising while goods falling shows the market may be balancing with consumers shifting demand preferences because of “strong inflation” loaded on the goods side.

    I get everything is political now of days but a change in demand is precisely what is needed because the cure for high prices remains high prices.

    You're right. The Fed won't be able to cure inflation, as much of it is structural. They can help demand destruction along by nuking the market and tanking the economy (which they are in the process of doing). But the only cure for higher prices remains. Higher prices.
