  1. Well, that's because Canada doesn't have the population of the US. If you're talking per capita, one-tenth is stretching the truth big time. [IMG]

You see I will answer that question. As this subject does not make me hysterical like it does others.

    the answer is...

    yes,

although if Stu created the universe, I would be an irrational atheist and deny deny deny. I might even make fun of Stu lievers.

So you would deny the real God who, in all modesty, is kind , generous , good looking , adorable, existing and proven.
But you do believe in one that is imaginary, murderous, an abortionist, cruel, unaccountable and dictatorial.

Don't flatter yourself Jem, you wouldn't be an irrational atheist. You are - just irrational.

This of course is coming from an atheist who pops into threads to make fun of believers, but he himself refuses to answer the most basic question about the possibility of a Creator.

  5. Hello

    Hello

I agree with this, and i think the reason why is that Canada overall is much more centrist, by a mile. Everyone in Canada seems to operate roughly from the same base with a little deviation from that base depending on the party you support, where as atleast 30-40% if not more, of the population in the U.S. is based on far right and far left views, so people who dont agree are enemies right off the bat in the U.S. I dont know if what i have said is a good reason for it, but i do know that the U.S. is much more divided then Canada is overall, and i think that is a part of the problem.

Another thing which probably contributes is the whole race relations thing, there is probably alot more racists in the states in comparison to Canada, however there is also an exponentially higher level of liberals willing to call anyone who disagrees a racists, so people are divided along those lines as well.

Good stuff, Hello, and largely true I believe.

But, have you been out of Canada too long to recall the reason why most all canuck problems occur at just a tenth of those in the US? ; )

Hehe, that's all I was getting at. I didn't say Canada had one tenth the rate of sick bastards, but one tenth as many sick bastards. Which would mean that Canada is just as sick. : )

If you think calling out ridiculous comments made by religious believers like yourself is just making fun, then don't make such funny comments in the first place

The question on the possibility of a so called Creator has been answered a hundred times. You're just pissed 'cause you didn't know there were some answers.

    Hello

Well in that case..... I disagree with you..... AND I hate you. :D

HAHA just kidding.... in alll seriousness though do you really believe there is the same rate of violent crimes in Canada as in the States? Admittedly i have never checked the numbers but i would be blown away if there was the same per capita numbers in the States as opposed to Canada.
