And the software is the posters own responsibility. Choosing something that does not scale and then whining about it - bad.

At that clock speed its really only good for major cloud infrastructure. If you want that many cores at such a low clock speed then a GPU would be easier. If it were up to 2+ ghz maybe but anything below is pretty slow and will be cost prohibitive.
My main problem is - too little memory. My backtest cluster is calculating 1gb / core (we possibly could do with half) - that thing can address 8gb with 60 cores. That makes it very good for a lot of low data stuff (web server) but very bad when you have to keep some data in memory.
